My who in this assignment didnt really need to be fine tuned as were on a college campus so the demand is very much there.
The questions were simple and the idea seemed to stick pretty immediately and the only potential problems I can see with the venture are legal issues and finances
I asked
How do you get your alcohol?
Would you consider this convenient?
Would you consider a delivery service using bikes and scooters to bypass Gainesville's traffic problem a more desirable method?
How much would you be willing to pay for delivery?
I cant put video on here for whatever reason but it just puts up 5 blank things.
I'm starting to get a more concrete understanding of what it is i'm suggesting here and looking into the logistics of actually bringing it into fruition.
When interviewing customers, make sure to smile and seem friendly. Always tell them it's ok to say no. Make them comfortable, give them a massage and foot rub. Refrain from roasting their outfit. Don't talk to people with headphones in, take bodily cues when someone doesnt want to be bothered and be mindful of people who are very obviously anxious and dont add additional stressors to their lives. Be casual. It's just a human.
Brian,
ReplyDeleteI think it would be a great idea to bring a company that delivers alcohol to students of age. Everything in this era is about convenience and getting what you want when you want. It is a great point to mention that the best way to approach the situation is to simply read normal body cues and act accordingly.
I thought your idea was brilliant. So many times I have wanted to get alcohol but did not want to get up to go get it. I ran into a couple of issues interviewing customers myself. I found that a lot of people I asked did not want to be interviewed. Did you run into the same problem?

Brian, I think that is a great idea especially when people are all at a party and no one is sober to drive. Unfortunately most people still decide to drive drunk, but hopefully some would consider using this instead. Check out my blog: http://camivilla10.blogspot.com/2016/02/customer-interviews-2.html
